You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining documentation of accounting procedures and processes and ensure internal control procedures are effective and properly maintained. You will be the link between the F&B and Finance Department, correspondingly as cost controller you will monitor and control the performance in order to adhere to the budget and find ways to increase the profit.
