- Design and deliver engaging and challenging PE lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and leadership.
- Lead and develop competitive sports teams, providing coaching and support to help students achieve their potential.
- Organize and lead extra-curricular activities, including sports clubs, fitness programs, and outdoor adventures.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to increase female participation in sports.
- Promote a culture of sportsmanship, respect, and fair play.
- Act as a mentor and role model for female students, encouraging their personal and athletic development.
- Contribute to the school’s wider community through sports outreach programs.

We Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- Experience teaching PE to female students at secondary level.
- Strong coaching skills and knowledge of various sports.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- A commitment to promoting female participation in sports and physical activity.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
