What you’ll be doing:

  • The people we support have various disabilities such mild to moderate learning difficulties, psychiatric difficulties, and epilepsy.
  • You’ll support on a 1-1 basis promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • Experience required.
  • participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • This is within a small yet busy vibrant Supported living service for 4 adults.

  • This role is waking nights but may require days shifts depending on service requirements
