Qualifications & Preferred Skills

COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as development studies, social sciences, international relations, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience (4 years) working in project coordination or field operations, preferably in humanitarian or development contexts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Good in English (spoken and written); Fluency in Arabic

 AS WELL AS THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC “PROFESSIONAL” COMPETENCIES

• Sound understanding of project management principles, including planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in challenging and dynamic environments, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Demonstrated commitment to humanitarian principles, human rights, and ethical standards in project implementation.
• Adaptability and resilience to manage multiple tasks, prioritize competing demands, and navigate complex operational contexts with professionalism and integrity.
