Working Title:  Field Placement Sr. Coordinator
Job Summary: This position serves as the field education coordinator for the Department of Social Work. The position requires the coordinator to arrange field education experiences for all undergraduate and graduate social work students. The coordinator is responsible for recruiting placement sites, developing university affiliation agreements with agencies, interviewing students, completing written documentation of the students’ field education experience, developing field documents, and providing training for field instructors.

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization with one year of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization with three years of relevant experience
Position Qualifications: Previous experience as a field director with responsibility for the Bachelor in Social Work and Masters in Social Work placement. Familiarity with CSWE accreditation Capacity to foster university/community partnerships.
