We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Finance Assistant to support the become an integral part of the Accounting & Finance department. This role requires the successful candidate to be proactive, solution-oriented and adept at managing multiple tasks.
- Processing purchase invoices and credit notes
- Reconciling customer and vendor accounts
- Processing approved purchase orders
- Responding to general queries from customers and vendors
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparing payment runs
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Administrative duties where required
- Other ad hoc tasks where required
Finance Assistant – PermanentCareer PotentialA successful Finance Assistant should have:
- AAT Studier or Qualified
- Background in a similar position
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude
