Finance Assistant – Glasgow – £25,000 DOE

Are you who we’re looking for?

• Exposed to a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficient in using accounting software including Excel
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

What does the day-to-day look like?

• Responsible for maintaining internal finance records and ensuring data remains compliant
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Processing and review of purchase ledger including supplier statement reconciliation, review of aged creditors and resolving discrepancies
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Daily income audit
• Managing internal and external queries
• Assisting with month-end close
• Updating multiple Accountancy systems
