The Finance Business Partner is a pivotal role in the Accounting and Finance Department within the Life Science industry, based in Cambridge. The role will involve strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Develop strategic financial plans in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct financial analysis and report on key financial metrics.

• Support the Accounting & Finance department in various tasks as needed.

• A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
• Professional certification in Accounting or Finance (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Life Science industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner with business leaders.
