The Role
- Continuing, Full time
- Level 7 – $95,414 to $104,255 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
- Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga (Hybrid working arrangements available)
The Finance Business Partner is part of the Business Services Team, collocated with the Research Portfolio and is responsible for the provision of financial analysis and advice, through financial management reporting, to ensure business units have the required management information and tools to make well-informed business decisions.
The position is responsible for supporting business activities by providing expertise and advice to University Faculties and Divisions, through financial management reporting, to ensure that business units are compliant with legislative requirements and University policies.
To be successful you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting timely and accurate high level management reports.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in writing complex financial reports and business documents using advanced information technology (IT) and Excel skills.
- Strong commitment to developing and maintaining relationships and ability to communicate financial concepts to a range of stakeholders
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
