I am delighted to be partnering with a fast growing and established technology company to support the hire of a Finance Director This role will suit a hands on Finance Director who can demonstrate strong leadership experience, technical accounting, and systems knowledge. To be considered for this vacancy must be qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with several years PQE and have sector specific experience, IT/Technology/MSP.Reporting into the CFO (Board level), some of your responsibilities will include:
- Actively contribute to strategic discussions at board level areas such as pricing, cashflow management and risk management.
- Work closely with the Financial Controller to enable a more efficient and streamline month-end procedure.
- Provide valuable support to the wider business, actively participating in the sales process when necessary, and engaging with potential customers.
- Lead projects aimed at system improvements, enhancing automation, and driving overall operational efficiency.
- Sustain and refine the financial business model to meticulously track short and long-term business performance, facilitating investor relations, and covenant reporting.
- Manage audit process to ensure smooth year end audit.
