We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsThis position is responsible for a variety of duties within the finance departments as assigned.What you will do in this role:

• Coordinates a variety of Accounting related programs (Accounts Payable, SOX, Internal Control Checklist)
• Processes Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Maintains logs, reports and files as needed/requested
• Assists with audits and annual inventory process
• Attendance and being on time, ready to work your scheduled hours is an essential job function.

What qualifications you will need:

• Education: Pursuing a college degree in Accounting or Finance – Junior or Senior
• Experience: Previous work experience preferred
• Special Skills/Qualifications: Microsoft Office, data entry, records maintenance, coordination skills
• Location: This individual will work on-site through the academic semesters
