Job description

To report and oversee all aspects of the businesses’ finance procedures in-line with the applicable processes and procedures with direct involvement with the MD/CFO/COO and managing two reports.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department
• Develop and implement financial strategies, systems, and policies
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process
• Manage organisational budgets and forecasts
• Provide financial insights for strategic decisions
• Lead and develop the finance team

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in relevant financial software
