Job description
To report and oversee all aspects of the businesses’ finance procedures in-line with the applicable processes and procedures with direct involvement with the MD/CFO/COO and managing two reports.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department
- Develop and implement financial strategies, systems, and policies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process
- Manage organisational budgets and forecasts
- Provide financial insights for strategic decisions
- Lead and develop the finance team

A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in relevant financial software
