Job Title: Finance ManagerLocation: MayfairHours: Full-time: Monday to FridaySalary: £80,000 – £97,500 dependent on experience, with discretionary performance linked bonusWe are representing one of Europe’s leading Investment and Development firms, based in London who are looking to make an addition to their Finance team. With a stellar reputation in the real estate industry, the firm creates award-winning residential investments in the growing Residential Living sector. With a portfolio of £900m AUM split across Europe, they’re a major player in the Real Estate space, which make this a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join their dynamic team.As a Finance Manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring the seamless delivery of financial and management accounting functions across the group. Your responsibilities will encompass the preparation of financial projections, budgets, cashflows, management and financial accounts, alongside overseeing a dedicated team to uphold rigorous standards in systems and procedures.Key Responsibilities (Not limited to):

  • Collaborate with auditors, to ensure audit is smoothly undertaken and timely submissions of accounts and tax returns.
  • Prepare budgets, project reports, ad-hoc reports for acquisition, Development, and an Investment team.
  • Working closely with other jurisdiction (Jersey, Spain, Germany) to ensure all the local compliances are met and reports are submitted on time.
  • Support intercompany reconciliation and reporting within group and wider company.
  • Monitor and administer internal accounting policies and controls to uphold financial integrity.

Requirements:

  • Fully accredited ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in similar Real Estate management role(s) involving line management of staff.
  • Team player
  • Strong communicator (with junior and senior team members)
  • Proficiency in Excel and adeptness with technological tools
  • Friendly customer-focused attitude
  • Familiarity with Xero and Excel Pivot tables (desired)
