VANRATH is delighted to be working in partnership with a prestigious global law firm to recruit a commercially focused E-Billing Manager to take on the day to day management of a high performing transactional finance team as well as managing the global billing processes, optimise team structure, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.This is a key leadership role within the team and will suit a seasoned E-Billing/Billing Manager keen to take the next step in their careerWhat you’ll get

What you will do
- Managing the transactional eBilling processes on a global scale and management of a team
- Propose structural changes to the team to provide a better service
- Continuously review processes, identify and implement changes
- Set team goals and KPIs objectives
- Establishing a reporting system to ensure each office is accountable for billing quality and collaborating with local teams to drive improvements
- Identifying the skills of individual team members and plan workloads accordingly to maximise output.
- Encouraging others to take on new responsibilities and supports them in their development.
- Ensuring clear people development and succession plan for the team.
- Driving change through the team
About you
- Excellent orator
- Previous management experience
- 3-5 years Billing Management experience
- Team player
- Effective leader
