Job description
I am seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join within a not for profit team.The key responsibilities of a Finance Officer will include, but may not be limited to;
- Carry out transactional tasks such as purchase ledger and bank cash claims.
- Posting of bank and cash information.
- Perform financial and systems reconciliations.
- Manage the processing of financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for review.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Preparing reports on ledger transactions/
- Handle queries related to financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and databases.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.

- Not for Profit and Charities background desirable but not essential.
- Ability to commute to Carlisle.
- A background in Accounting & Finance.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software applications.

- Strong communication and team-working skills.
