Get in touch with us to discuss in more detail.About the roleWe are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Head of Financial Accounting with the multiple significant transformation, continuous improvement and regulatory reporting change initiatives and programmes taking place across the finance function.With the organisation continuing to grow exponentially, increasing our use of systems and automation tools needs to match this. This exciting role will lead on multiple change and improvement initiatives along with the groupwide finance transformation programme. There is also substantial regulatory reporting change coming our way which will be led by the Finance Transformation Manager.You will be responsible for adherence to group accounting policies, ensuring that all changes to regulation and best practice are monitored and considered, and support the Head of Financial Accounting provide an excellent service to senior management and third parties with product development and policy administration systems design and improvement.Other key elements of the role include relationship management with other professionals both inside and outside the immediate Finance division, including the External Auditors.
