Job description

– Record all financial transactions for intercompany accounts
– Prepare and record invoices to be received, record receipts and track unpaid amounts
– Record purchase orders and invoices, prepare checks and resolve payment issues
– Carry out the end of month closing of the AR, AP
– Prepare bank reconciliations, analyzes and corrections
– Prepare monthly tax remittances (TPS-TVQ, installment payments, etc.)
– Analyze general ledger accounts and report discrepancies
– Prepare the monthly P&L
– Assist in the preparation of end-of-year audits and provide information to external auditors
– Assistance with the annual preparation of budgets
– Monitor budgets as well as budget control reports on a monthly basis
– Ensure compliance with all government, legal and tax regulatory requirements
– Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
– Update and maintain work cost project files
– Maintain and update the ranking system
