We have an opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant on an initial 10 Month contract.

• Hybrid Worked 50% office (Dublin West) and 50% home.
• Business: Global Software Business $30 billion ++
• Salary range €80,000 – €90,000

Responsibilities:

• Execute accurate general ledger accounting close, including journal preparation and review.
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet reconciliations at period end.
• Manage international legal entities’ statutory financial statements and year-end audits.
• Support international tax team with tax returns and prepare VAT/compliance returns.
• Drive process improvements and participate in accounting transformation projects.
• Assist in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) documentation and compliance testing.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

Skills:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong accounting knowledge.
• Experience with financial reporting tools (Workiva, Power BI, Blackline, Tableau) is desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle Cloud (or other ERP systems), ARCs, Wdesk, Smartsheets is a plus
