Financial Accounts ManagerPermanent roleCitywest, DublinResponsibilities

  • Team Supervision: Leading and managing a large team within a large organisation responsible for all financial transactions
  • Process Management: Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all transactions
  • Process Development: Creating and leading a mentality of continuous process improvement throughout the team
  • Financial Reporting: Developing and reviewing key financial reports related to AR, AP and Bank activities.
  • Intra Departmental Management: Working closely with both Financial and Non Financial departments
  • Compliance: Ensuring all financial transactions comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Vendor and Client Coordination: Managing relationships with vendors and clients to resolve any payment or billing issues
  • Performance Monitoring: Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve service quality.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a Senior finance or accounting role, with experience in cash & bank, accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
