Robert Half are working in partnership with a renowned, thriving business in Swindon to recruit a Financial Analyst to join their finance function on a full-time permanent basis. This is a exceptional role that be involved with management accounting, financial analysis and business partnering with various stakeholders. This would be suitable for someone that is studying towards ACCA/CIMA/AAT and is looking for the next step up in their career, whilst being a part of business that is known for offering career development opportunites. The salary is between £35,000 – £39,000 plus study support, bonus, hybrid working and other benefits. The Role The main duties of the Financial Analyst role will consist of the following: Producing budgets and forecasts for assigned business unitProfit and loss analysisVariance analysisBalance sheet reconciliations Accruals and prepayments Budget vs actualsBusiness partnering with various stakeholders; dealing with queries and translating financial data into information. Requirements To be considered for the Financial Analyst role, you must ideally possess the following skills/experience: Must ideally have management/month-end accounting experience; exposure to accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations.
