We are proud to hire and retain aspirational leaders who are driven to achieve great things and are recognized for their entrepreneurial spirit.Role Summary:The FP&A team is looking for a strategically-minded, highly motivated Financial Analyst who will be able to provide reliable and timely information and analysis to business leaders to guide them in the decision-making process. You will be supporting the planning and analysis function across our organization. You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams across the Company to build budgets and monthly forecasts, analyse and interpret results, and drive profitability;
  • Continuously monitor results, provide insights into variances, challenge business partners, ensure forecasts reflect the most up-to-date data to drive the business;
  • Prepare, distribute, and present financial results on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for his or her areas of responsibility;
  • Participate in process and tool improvement to increase quality, reliability and reduce time of report preparation;
  • Participate in the implementation of a new Financial Planning system;
  • Prepare analysis and business cases using financial and non-financial data;
  • Prepare and present insights based on analysis, key metrics trends and quantified risks and opportunities;
  • Develop a deep understanding of major performance drivers and KPIs to support the business with regular reporting;
  • Focus on financial modelling, analysis, interpretations and recommendations that support management decision-making.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance; relevant professional designation (CPA, CFA) a plus;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and financial acumen;
  • Ability to think strategically and strong skills to drive business initiatives end to end and deliver insights;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, evolving environment;
  • Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize work in a demanding environment;
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in interpreting the Company’s policies and objectives;
  • Expert level proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite) a plus;
  • Experience with an FP&A system a plus;
  • English/French proficiency;
  • Be able to make tough decisions;
