Siemens Industry, Inc., SI EP – Circuit Protection & Controls (CP&C) is looking for Financial Analyst / Controller to be an integral member of a diverse and dynamic team who enjoys challenges. You will make impact with the following responsibilities:
- The Junior Financial Analyst will support the overall CP&C business on multiple levels. The tasks include but are not limited to:
- Month-end activities including but not limited to sales and margin analysis (by segment, customer, and product), cost controlling and balance sheet reviews.
- Prepare month-end sales, freights and other costs accruals and journal entries,
- Support management with Ad-Hoc analyses as well as with presentations.
- Support customers’ credit limit reviews and assist in daily Cash and Collections activities.
- Support Transfer Pricing and Tax activities.
- Work closely with the extended finance community to enhance and improve reporting processes.
- Act as a digital/agile ambassador within CP&C and translate fresh tools, processes, and digital ideas to everyday tasks
- As Junior Financial Controller you will have the opportunity to experience a first P&L responsibility over Business Segments up to USD 50 million volume. Key tasks include but are not limited to:
- Partner with a cross functional team (Product Managers, Sales, Business Developers, etc.) to drive business improvements, target achievement and ultimate customer satisfaction.
- Assist in Go-to-market strategy, product portfolio optimization, cost improvement and asset optimization initiatives.
- Support the team in Cost and Profit Center controlling, as well as Forecast/Budget preparation and reporting.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or finance required.
- 1-5 years of experience in financial analysis
- Ability to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly developed analytical skills and detail-orientation.
- Team-orientation with “we can do it” mentality.
- Proficient with MS Office and AP ERP
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA, MBA or other advanced certifications.
- Knowledge of Analytics Software (e.g., Tableau);
- Previous experience in business unit or business segment finance

- The pay range for this position is $64,680 – $110,880. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
