About the Opportunity
- Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) functions
- Reconcile the sub-ledgers each month
- Investigate discrepancies between billing and payments
- Cash applications and payments
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries (JE’s). Examples include bank deposit items, fundraising, base funding revenues
- Other duties as assigned
About You
- CPA Enrolled or plans to pursue
- Previous experience with AP/AR: co-op or any relevant experience
- Post-secondary in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related
- Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, vlookup)
- NPO Experience
- Experience with prepaid/accruals and reconciliation to the sub-ledger
- Great Plains
Salary Range
$45,000 – $51,000/year
