I am looking for a Financial Controller for a construction group located in Sainte-Sophie.In collaboration with the President, your tasks will be to:
– Complete the accounting cycle for accounts payable and accounts receivable
– Produce GST/QST and other government remittances
– Perform bank reconciliations
– Complete month-ends and year-ends
– Produce, analyze and present financial statements
– Perform accounting analyses in terms of profitability, variances and variances
– Perform project accounting
– Participate in budget preparation and monitoring
– Intercompany management
– Implement process improvements and internal controls
– Other related tasks
What we are looking for:
– DEC, DEP or BAC in accounting
– Experience in accounting or related field
– Bilingualism: French and English (Asset)
– Dynamic
– Proactive
– Versatile
– More than 5 years’ experience in the accounting fieldWhat we are offering:
– A salary between 65k and 90k depending on experience
– A flexible schedule of 40 hours per week
– Group insurance covered at 50% by the employer: medication, vision and dental
– Number of vacation weeks to be discussed depending on experience
