Job Summary | The Director of Financial Wellness Programs will serve as the chief advisor to the Associate Vice President for Student Financial Stability in recommending new financial wellness programs and services to the campus community. The Director will lead a team of professionals, graduate students, and undergraduate students that provides education and support to students in order to facilitate the ongoing development of healthy lifestyles. This position holds the responsibility for the continued development and promotion for the financial wellness programs by: Overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision over the financial wellness peer mentoring program; develops partnerships with academic and administrative departments, as well as organizations on campus and beyond; promoting financial wellness training offerings; developing programmatic assessment; and overseeing the administration of programmatic assessment. The Director will also work closely with other areas under the Associate Vice President to cross-train peer educators and office ambassadors for wellness.
