Introduction

RECRUITMENT OF A NATIONAL FIRM TO CONDUCT A BUILDING CONDITION ASSESSMENT (BCA) AND PREPARATION OF THE  NONRESIDENT AGENCIES BUILDING CONCEPTUAL AND PROPOSED DESIGN

1.    Background

The United Nation Development Programme in Rwanda (UN) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms to conduct a Building Condition Assessment (BCA) for the UNDP Non-Resident Agencies building and prepare the conceptual C proposed Design

The scope includes 2 Phases:

·       Phase 1. Building Survey C Documentation.

·       Phase 2. Conceptual C Proposed Design


The entire scope will be completed within a total duration of 6 weeks from the contract signing date 


For all interested bidders, a compulsory debriefing meeting is scheduled on the 26th January 2026, from 2.30 pm, and will be followed by site Visit of the Non- Resident Agencies Building at the UNDP premise from 3.00 pm.
