Due to the nature of the role, previous administration experience is required, ideally in the motor industry.Who you are
- You will have previous administration experience with a proven ability to multi-task and enjoy following process
- You will have strong IT skills, including MS Excel (Kerridge experience is preferable but not essential)
- Excellent attention to detail, a can-do attitude and strong organisational skills are essential for this role
What you’ll do
- Support the Group Corporate sales team to achieve our Hyundai fleet sales objectives
- Provide customer liaison in vehicle availability, organising preparation and deliveries, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction
- Maintain vehicle stock records and electronic deal files in line with Company process
- Organise registration, taxation and invoicing of fleet vehicle sales
- Liaise with the workshop team and external providers to ensure required vehicle preparation is completed in a timely fashion ready for customer delivery
- Support General Manager with reporting and Brand forecasting
- Provide first level customer support as required, and escalate any issues as and when appropriate
- Ensure vehicle debt is managed in line with agreed payment terms
