Transdev Canada is hiring a Maintenance Manager for an exciting new operation in Kearl Lake!Your role
The Maintenance Manager oversees all aspects of fleet maintenance, ensuring that vehicles and equipment are in optimal condition to support safe and reliable operations. This role requires a deep understanding of vehicle maintenance and a commitment to operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for the fleet.
- Supervise a team of technicians and ensure work quality meets company standards.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols in the maintenance facility.
- Analyze maintenance costs and identify areas for improvement.
- Planning and scheduling inspections/repairs.
- Working with outside vendors and with the client as required.
- Inventory and fleet record management.
- Efficient and safe operation of the shop.
- Supervision and support of mechanics.
- Collaboration with dispatch and operators to provide a safe and reliable fleet.

Your profile
- You have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Eperience in fleet maintenance or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and diagnostic tools.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a maintenance team.
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
Your location
- This is a full-time, non-unionized, permanent position.
- Must be a local resident or currently residing in the area to be considered for this position.
- This is a Monday to Friday role with consistent work hours.
