The Leidos National Security Sector combines technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities in the areas of cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics to support our defense and intel customers’ mission to defend against evolving threats around the world.Your greatest work is ahead!The Multi-domain Solutions Group within the Leidos National Security Sector (NSS) is hiring for a Flex Operator to work in Aurora, CO. This program and position provides 24/7 mission operations support for National Security customers. This opportunity is in anticipation of an upcoming contract award!What you’ll be doing:
- Process 24×7 signals to support operational mission systems to include analytics, documentation and confirmation of pre and post activity.
- Adjust processing parameters to optimize data flow for large multi-asset programs. Detailed monitoring and control of large data handling systems, requiring constant data manipulation to achieve maximum system and operating applications efficiencies.
- Generate playback track files each event and transfer to enterprise systems.
- Ensures proper format, identify, transfer and make playback data available to support mission demands. Compiles and de-conflicts other technical information related to mission briefings and products shared with mission partners. Perform missile clutter, missile discrimination, missile identification, and initiate reporting.
- Perform offline analysis for new GEOINT capability.
- Provide non-real-time, offline analysis (24/7) support to extract data.
- Enforce adherence to prescribed incident and problem management or ticket escalation processes to quickly and proactively resolve system outages as appropriate.
- Operate efficiently under dynamic conditions and skillfully navigate continually evolving priorities, facilitating reliable and consistent mission application in a complex signal’s environment.
- Work with teammates, customers, and external stake holders as required to ensure timely and accurate signals processing.
What does Leidos need from me?
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.
- Bachelor’s with 2 to 4 years of prior relevant OPIR experience or Master’s degree with 1 to 3 years of prior relevant OPIR experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Favorable if you have:
- OPIR background and Doctorate in the technical domain.
