Floating Centre Manager Vacancy – Leicester Fast-Fit Centre
- Basic Salary: £32,000 + Bonus
- OTE: £38,000
- Monday to Saturday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (Day off in the week when working a Sat)
Our client, a leading fast-fit centre in Leicester, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join their team as a Floating Centre Manager. This role offers the chance to manage multiple locations, providing dynamic and varied workdays.Key Responsibilities of the Floating Fast Fit Centre Manager:
- Oversee daily operations of various fast-fit centres, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Provide leadership and support to staff across different locations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory control, and financial reporting.
- Drive sales and profitability, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements of the Floating Fast Fit Centre Manager:
- Proven experience in automotive management and time spent on the tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good organisational and administrative abilities.
- Full driving license.
