Job Description:The Floor Care Technician position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.Pay: $23.00 an hourThe pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. - Responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.
- Responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
- Duties also include assisting the Building/Account Lead with special projects including but not limited to, setups, breakdowns, move in/ move outs).
- Willing to complete other duties as assigned.

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet all requirements to receive building security clearance.
- Must be able to speak, write, and read English
- Must have at least 1 year Floor Tech experience
- Must be able to work in a busy fast pace environment
