What will you be doing?

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Food & Beverage team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing F&B inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in analysing data related to food and beverage operations, helping to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Vendor Relations: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries, quality products, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Finance and invoicing management: Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure all the invoices are paid on time.

What are we looking for?

  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
