Food RunnerWe are now recruiting for our 2025 summer season across various roles on our beautiful Lincolnshire based holiday park, join our large team of hospitality professionals today.Location: Tattershall Lakes Country Park, LincolnshireSalary: £11.44Job type: SeasonalAbout the roleWe are looking for Food Runners to join us in our restaurants at Tattershall Lakes. We have two different styles of restaurant our guests can go to with choices from pub classics and Gastro pub. Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.Spitfire Bar and Restaurant is our largest venue boasting up to 1500 covers a day in busy periods. Spitfire offers a pub classics style menu using fresh ingredients and all made in house. Spitfire offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.Tattershall Park Pub is a newer venue to our park and is a hive of activity, being open to our guests as well as the general public. The pub offers a gastro pub style menu using fresh ingredients all made in house. Offering lunch and dinner menus.A can-do attitude, attention to detail and excellent people skills are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays are also essential.What you will be doingWe need someone who understands that a first-class guest experience is an essential part of their stay at Tattershall Lakes. Here are some of the things you will be doing:
- Serving food to the tables
- Communicating with the kitchen on food orders
- Keeping your area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Generally making sure everybody is having a great time
And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you are happy to help even when it is ‘not your job,’ you are our sort of person.Skills, experience, and qualities you will needNo experience needed, well train you up! But it would be nice if you:
- Have customer service experience and skills
- Relish the fast pace of a busy restaurant
- Be someone who does things without needing to be asked
- Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are
- Have experience of working in a team

- Experience of working in a bar, restaurant, or pub
- Waiting experience in a restaurant
- Experience of working in the holiday sector
