ESSENTIAL:

1. EDUCATION/TRAINING Required:
   • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree Or Diploma in Social Sciences, Development studies or related field

1. EXPERIENCE
   • experience in the field of food security and Livelihood working with INGOs/NGOs
   • Previous experience working in the same field is an advantage

DESIRABLE:

1         Professional Qualifications  

• Extensive experience in working for NGO or INGOs on Development fields with a minimum of three years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated capacities to establish and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with government officials, local organizations, communities and other stakeholders.
• English-language and Arabic proficiency (speaking, reading, writing).
• Good writing and reporting skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power point)

• الحد الأدنى من درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في العلوم الاجتماعية، أو دراسات التنمية، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

• ب) الخبرة:

• الخبرة في مجال الأمن الغذائي وسبل العيش مع المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية (INGOs) أو المنظمات غير الحكومية (NGOs).
• يُعد وجود خبرة سابقة في نفس المجال ميزة إضافية.

• المتطلبات المفضلة:
• المؤهلات المهنية:
• خبرة واسعة في العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية (NGOs) أو المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية (INGOs) في مجالات التنمية، بحد أدنى ثلاث سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
• القدرة على إنشاء علاقات عمل قوية والحفاظ عليها مع المسؤولين الحكوميين والمنظمات المحلية والمجتمعات وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية (تحدثًا وقراءة وكتابة).
• مهارات جيدة في الكتابة وإعداد التقارير.
• القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
• الإلمام بتطبيقات الحاسوب مثل (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
