Your Role as Food Technology Teacher:
- Teach Food Preparation and Nutrition lessons to students in KS3 and KS4.
- Provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed decisions about food and nutrition.
- Organize and oversee practical cooking lessons, promoting safety, hygiene, and creativity.
- Lead extracurricular clubs focused on cooking, healthy eating, and sustainable food practices.
- Support students in their GCSE exams and guide them through their coursework.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Food Technology Teacher with a passion for the subject and a commitment to promoting healthy eating.
- Excellent practical teaching skills, with the ability to engage students through hands-on activities.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- An Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
