FOREST SCHOOL PRACTITIONER FOR THE TRUST PRIMARY ACADEMIES TO START SEPTEMBER 2024 OR SOONER
Our academies have strong links with Lincoln University. You will be expected to share ideas, develop the current outdoor spaces and adapt practice to create really unique experiences.
Are you a practitioner:
- Who has a Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification
- Who is a positive role model who inspires and fosters a love of learning in all pupils
- Who is able to plan, prepare and deliver purposeful and productive activities for children, differentiated if necessary, however it is vitally important to foster a child-led approach when making activities available
- Who is prepared to innovate and devise imaginatively varied ways of teaching the forest school experience to children.
- Who is able to encourage and show enthusiasm for their subjects indoors and outside and in the forest school sessions.
- Who promotes positive management of behaviour in the Forest School environment, establishes routines and boundaries to ensure the safety and good behaviour of the children.
- Who maintains confidentiality on all information relating to individual members of staff, pupils and academy matters.
- Who is able to provide high quality teaching and learning
- Who has excellent skills in communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Who is able to understand how different pupils learn and the barriers some face to their learning.

Fluency Duty
