Gathering frequent content, descriptions, photos and videos is vital to matching our dogs to the right home and is the first step in creating engaging content to adopt our dogs out quickly and minimize time in foster homes.Job Summary: The Foster Content Coordinator is responsible for gathering and maintaining up-to-date information on foster dogs from our foster families, to create accurate advertising and creative adoption ads. This role serves as a vital link between foster families and the Dog Ads team, ensuring high-quality content is collected, organized, and ready for creative use.Rescue Mission: At Path of Hope Rescue we save pregnant dogs and puppies in high kill shelters in the South.Rescue Overview: Our Spokane, WA based Rescue strives to decrease the euthanasia rate of high risk dogs in the southern United States by transporting pregnant dogs and puppies to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. We do not have a kennel or building location and are 100% foster based We currently have two paid employees and rely heavily on volunteers and fosters.Vision: Eliminating euthanasia of dogs in the South by decreasing the amount of dogs breeding unchecked. Raw Content CollectionStay current on dog intakes and dogs in the program, with special attention to long-term residents.Act as the single point of contact between foster families and the Dog Ads team.Proactively gather content on all available dogs weekly via online forms and Blink (remote work platform)2. Media OrganizationProtect your databases as the source of authority for dog data.Upload photos, videos, and copy to Google Drive.Manage and keep Dog Ads folders in Google Drive up to date.Archive content for adopted dogs.3. Ad Creation SupportCollaborate with the Creatives team to produce compelling advertisements.Identify fosters needing assistance with content creationAlert the Petstablished Specialist when content is ready for upload to Petstablished.Qualifications:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable using online tools like Baserow, Google Drive, and social media platforms.Excellent communication skills to liaise between foster families and the team.Passion for dogs and storytelling.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
