Acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders, you’ll ensure customers unlock the full potential of Limelight, driving retention, adoption, and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Be the primary contact for customers, nurturing trust-based relationships with their finance teams.
  • Customer Enablement: Plan and deliver engaging training workshops, webinars, and quarterly business reviews to enhance user adoption.
  • Problem Solver: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring seamless platform use.
  • Adoption Monitoring: Track customer usage metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement and further engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to provide top-notch support and implement solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Product Advocacy: Gather feedback and collaborate with our product team to enhance platform capabilities.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting (FP&A) or a related role.
  • Credentials: CFA designation or relevant certifications.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Excel, accounting software, and budgeting/reporting tools (experience with ERP systems like Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus).
  • Client-Facing Skills: Proven experience in presenting to and collaborating with clients, resolving issues, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to engage with finance leaders (CFOs, VPs, Controllers) and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A passion for tackling challenges and enabling customer success.
  • Location: Based in Toronto and available to work in-office at least three days a week.
