  • Evidence on CPD

  • Leadership Qualification
  • Coaching Qualification

ExperienceEssential

  • Experience developing and coordinating delivery of training
  • Experience leading projects in change management
  • Experience in methods of improvement and theories of change in one lean based improvement method
  • Experience of coaching/mentoring for improvement

  • Experience applying continous improvement methodologies
  • Experience in coaching/mentoring in a healthcare setting
  • Experience of co-production/ co-design

  • Working Knowledge of 5s and other proven improvement stratagies
