This role is essential in ensuring a positive first impression and smooth daily operations.Job Description: As a Front Desk Associate at Global Partners, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support. Your role is crucial in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for all guests and employees.Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:

  • Greet all visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and take accurate messages when needed.
  • Assist visitors with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate meeting rooms or offices.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
  • Address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Help maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the office.

Office Coordination:

  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with the coordination of office events and meetings.
  • Support other team members with various tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office management or customer service are a plus.
