Introduction
Supported by UNCDF, the FTRA commissioned a feasibility study to digitize the teacher registration process. The report recommends developing a digital system for registration and issuance, incorporating digital payment options, and enhancing operational efficiency. Recognizing Fiji’s unique context, including challenges related to internet connectivity, digital literacy, and technology access, the digital platform and mobile application must be accessible nationwide, particularly in remote areas. Ensuring robust data security and privacy is paramount. The selected technology contractor will be responsible for designing a user-friendly, culturally sensitive platform that adheres to FTRA regulations and standards
