A wonderful family in Hampstead, London is looking for a Full time Nanny-Housekeeper to help them in looking after their charming toddler and school-aged child. An ideal candidate will be someone calm and patient but have the energy to keep up with the children and take charge of the housekeeping tasks related to them. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare healthy meals for the children. The role is predominantly based in the main family home but occasionally help the housekeeper in the in-laws home attached next door. The nanny-housekeeper must be comfortable to join the family when they travel to the US and Europe and it is typically paid extra. Someone pet-friendly is ideal for this role since the family have two dogs that is required to be walked once per day. Someone who can drive and holds a full driving license would be a bonus but is not a deal-breaker.A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.Working hours: Monday to Friday, typically 50 hours per week on a flexible schedule plus occasional weekend flexibility would be a bonusDuties include:
- ironing
- laundry
- hoovering
- mopping floors
- cleaning windows, cupboards, surface tops, kitchens
- keeping bedrooms and bathrooms tidy
- wardrobe management and organisation
- preparation of meals for the children
- school runs
- helping with learning
- assisting with homework
- washing and dressing the children
- playing with them
- changing nappies
- sterilising and cleaning milk bottles
- taking them to activities
- making sure the children are always safe and happy
