• Providing exceptional and professional service on every interaction and building rapport with our customers
• Receiving and placing customer service calls regarding any product/billing issues, service questions and general client inquiries
• Resolving problems by clarifying the customer’s challenge and offering the best solution for EdenPark and our customers.
• Assisting customers in making changes to their payment arrangements, banking information and insurance records
• Friendly and helpful onboarding calls with new customers
• Responding to customer emails promptly in accordance with our core values

A regular day for a Funding Verifier will include:· Review loan transactions for documentation and compliance with internal funding policies· Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting defined service standards and turnaround times· Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending/missing items for funding via phone, fax and email, communicate and resolve complex contract issues· Process any documents received such as contracts and trailing documents· Provide lost/missing contract research as needed· Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents· Execute detailed document review ensuring all assigned documents are accurate, complete, properly executed, and registered as required· Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders· Emails internally and externally in a timely manner· Professional and pleasant messaging to our dealerships through our platform in real time and immediatelyMust haves!· You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills· You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment· You possess an exceptional attention to detail while operating under a sense of urgency· You have strong analytical and arithmetic skills· You know your way through advanced internet browsing and have amazing investigative skills· You have strong phone contact handling and active listening skills· You can prioritize allocated workflow seamlessly· You are tech savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and OutlookExtra- awesome to have:· You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in French· Previous experience in a lending, automotive related business, or financial services· You have a high level of accuracy and consistency in document verification and disbursement release· Post-secondary education in Finance or Business AdministrationWorking conditions:· You have flexible availability to work.
