We are collaborating with a dynamic and diverse charity that is experiencing significant growth, to recruit for a dedicated individual for the position of Fundraising Assistant. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Fundraising & Marketing and play a crucial role in overseeing the fundraising operations of the organisation.

About the role
This is a full-time permanent position that offers flexible working hours. The role involves a hybrid working pattern, with 1-2 days spent in the London office.

As the Fundraising Assistant, you will be dedicated to delivering outstanding administrative, stewardship, and events support to the fundraising team.

Key responsibilities (but not limited to)

Key Contact for Enquiries:
*Serve as a primary contact for fundraising enquiries, handling telephone calls and emails.
*Collate and dispatch information packs to potential and current supporters.
*Offer advice on queries related to fundraising and volunteering.
Event Support:
*Assist in promoting events through mailings, social media, and print materials.
*Contribute to profile-raising, donor stewardship, and the execution of fundraising events, including numerous Fundraising Dinners across the UK.
Corporate Partnerships Admin:
*Support the Head of Fundraising & Marketing in administrative tasks for corporate partnerships.
*Manage CRM updates, compile information packs, merchandise, and foster social media links with businesses.
Fundraiser Relationship Management:
*Manage relationships with Third-Party Fundraisers and event participants.
*Provide stewardship, support, celebration, and express gratitude for their contributions.

To be considered you will have.
*Previous experience providing support in fundraising activities, including promotional efforts and donor stewardship.
*Competence in administrative tasks, including maintaining databases, handling enquiries, and managing correspondence.
*Capable of cultivating and managing relationships with donors, corporate partners, and third-party fundraisers
*Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly experience with tools like Beacon.
*Background in customer service to effectively handle fundraising enquiries, responding to calls and emails promptly and professionally.
