Managing stakeholders at all levels, you will be responsible for ensuring we align to strategy and are efficient and cost effective in our solutions with new cutting edge technology.Key accountabilities:

  • Creation and management of the roadmap for Generative AI implementations ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Prioritisation of features, product specifications, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
  • Upskilling of the team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest tools and methodologies in GenAI and data science.
  • Implementation of processes for standardization, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery of Gen AI projects.
  • Mentoring and development a team of Gen AI specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • End-to-end implementation of GenAI chatbots and other AI-driven products, from ideation through to deployment.
  • Monitoring the product performance with regular reviews to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
  • Being a primary point of contact for GenAI, liaising stakeholders, gathering requirements and providing updates.

Who you are

  • Expert in understanding of Gen AI technology.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, model lifecycle management, cloud platforms and AI governance.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Inspirational team leadership skills, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically about product development, team growth, and long-term AI integration.
