We are looking for someone who is immediately available.Who you areYou’re a dependable, self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance, as an asset. You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach to your work, whether it is responding to an emergency request, working through light construction projects or conducting regular inspections. This role is unionized.What success looks like:You respond to work orders related to light electrical, plumbing, carpentry.Your customers’ are pleased in how you respond to and complete work orders and projectsYou provide ongoing assistance and support to the team in all aspects of site operation and maintenance.What you bring:An understanding of HVAC systems/maintenance, electrical, plumbing, energy management systems and other building mechanical equipment.A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) or athe ability to learnBonus skills and experienceAn understanding of work order and preventative maintenance software systemsMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in building/property maintenance or equivalentExperience with painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projectsFlexibility in work schedule – available for off-hours emergency responseStrong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks#LI-KR1#LI-OnsiteMake your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.Direct applicants only please, no agencies.Colliers is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in its workforce.
