Job descriptionThis will start Long-Term immediately with an opportunity to extend the contract further into the academic year. This role will include supporting the class teacher within lessons or covering their absence, taking small intervention groups and contributing to planning with learning materials and resources.Supply Teaching Assistant Contract/Position Details

Supply Teaching Assistant Experience, Training and Qualifications

• It is essential you have experience of working with children in a UK School.
• Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Up to date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.
• You must have a range of behaviour management strategies.

To be eligible for any teaching job with Prospero Teaching, you must:

• Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
• Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application at a cost of £45.80.
• Provide two professional child related references.
