As the Benefits & Policy Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the workforce by designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive benefits programs and policies. You will ensure that the employee benefits are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with our company values and business objectives. Your expertise will help attract, retain, and motivate top talent, driving the firm’s continued success and growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Benefits Programs: Design, implement, and oversee health, wellness, retirement, and other benefit programs that meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
  • Policy Development: Create, review, and update company policies to ensure compliance with legal regulations and alignment with best practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure all benefits and policies comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Stay updated on legislative changes and adjust policies accordingly.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with benefit providers and brokers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and evaluate service delivery.
  • Employee Education: Develop communication strategies to inform employees about benefits and policy changes. Conduct workshops, webinars, and other training sessions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze benefits utilization data to assess the effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the benefits budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for the company and its employees.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration and policy management.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of benefits programs, policy development, and compliance requirements.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficient in HRIS and benefits administration software.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
