Global Pricing Lead – 12-month FTCLondon Hybrid£120 000 p/annumOur client, a leading consultancy business, is seeking an experienced Global Pricing Lead (FTC) to develop and implement a comprehensive, data driven, global pricing strategy. This role requires a professional with extensive global experience to drive pricing initiatives that align with the company’s business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor pricing strategies, client behaviour, and pricing trends.
- Stay updated on evolving pricing models and industry best practices.
- Develop and execute a pricing strategy that supports overall business goals.
- Monitor quantitative and qualitative key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform pricing decisions.
- Design, develop, and implement pricing tools and frameworks to streamline pricing processes and improve efficiency.
- Establish and uphold pricing policies, procedures, and controls.
- Manage and optimize pricing systems and data.
- Collect and evaluate data to perform regular pricing assessments
- Monitor adherence to pricing policies and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing pricing proposals for bids involving new sales and existing clients.
- Support pricing negotiations by providing data-driven insights to facilitate client discussions.
- Create clear, competitive, and profitable pricing contracts.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on pricing performance. Develop models to assess profitability and margin.
- Analyse the impact of pricing changes on revenue, profitability, and client acquisition.
- Develop and maintain pricing dashboards and KPIs.
Qualification & Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in global pricing strategy development and implementation.
- Professional services experience – highly advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed market research and analysis.
- Excellent understanding of pricing models and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in managing pricing systems and data.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
