What you need to know
Salary : $45,000

Special Note: This position will require excellent customer service skills such as greeting and hosting guests, interacting with dignitaries and/or University Leaders. Ability to move and set up/take down flags for program events.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-
Two years of experience in administration, project management, higher education, or related field.
Required Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-
Proficiency in data management
-
Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite, Acrobat, and Content Management Systems
-
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to propose creative solutions to complex problems
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree
-
Knowledge of U.S. higher education systems
-
Knowledge of project management and change management principles
Essential Duties/Tasks:
Program Coordination
-
Collaborate with team members in the planning and development of project timelines
-
Tracks status and provides update of multiple simultaneous projects, including Agreements/Contracts
-
Schedules meetings with stakeholders
-
Assist in development of documentation for training and outward communication
-
Coordinates assigned projects and administrative support for the International Advisory Board within GE.
Agreement and Contract Support
-
Responsible for researching and vetting potential partners
-
Prepares memos, contracts, and agreements to route for approval and ensures timely execution of signatures.
-
Monitors status of contracts and agreements, including expirations, renewals, and extensions, and maintains contract files on database.

Gather international data for reporting and assessment
-
Communicate regularly with stakeholders throughout the agreement and approval process.
-
Acts as a liaison between stakeholders and university contract office.

Provides regular reports of contract and agreement statuses
-
Responds to inquiries regarding agreement and contract processes, procedures, and timelines.
Assessment
-
Facilitate the development of partnership assessment procedures
-
Assists in creation of reports to monitor trends
-
Assists in audits and reviews of various business processes related to functional area
-
Collects data to assess and evaluate programs
Administrative Tasks
-
Collaborate with the Associate Director in scheduling and calendar management
-
Oversee some fiscal and purchasing activities
-
Assists with establishing objectives, outcomes, policies, and procedures.

Updates operating procedures and training manuals as needed.

Provides supervision and guidance to student workers
-
Performs other duties as assigned.
